Dean Graziano, JD, Program Director, recently worked with the New Hampshire Governor’s office to create “Back to School Preparedness Week” in the Granite State. This recognition by the Governor and the State of New Hampshire illustrates New England Tutors’ continuing influence in helping students reach their full potential.
We believe that a “Back to School Preparedness Week” creates one more tool parents and students can use to ensure that education stays foremost in the minds of our citizenry and institutions. We have always maintained that education is not an event or a task or even a chore, but an ongoing process that strengthens us all, thus strengthening our families, communities, state, and country. Using this week in August to get ready for next semester is an excellent way to transition from summer activities to the scheduled days of the school year.
We applaud Gov. Hassan’s recognition of the value of an educated electorate and proudly stand with her as she proclaims Back to School Preparedness Week.
In celebration of “Back to School Preparedness Week” New England Tutors is celebrating by offering our students $50 off any sign-up for the 2014-2015 school year (must book by August 31st), and hosting a series of free workshops open to the public at both the Dover and Portsmouth Chambers of Commerce. Space is limited, so register for one of our workshops today! Lunch will be provided!
